Desperate plea from Mark

Unfortunately, my family was the target of a robbery today (we are all okay). I have some deadlines on some audio production contracts that I cannot meet without my stolen Cubase SX3 hardware license token.

If you are in the Ottawa area and use Cubase SX3, I would be grateful if I could borrow your key for a few days until I can arrange a replacement from Steinberg.

Thank you so much in advance!!!

So sorry to hear this news Mark…
My heart goes out to you, as I have had my bar recently robbed (3 months ago).
May the best situation possible unravel from here on out…

I am so, so sorry to hear about this loss. I hope you got some gear to use. I wonder if this has anything to do with the house projects you have going on. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. I know your feeling of loss having experienced the same a number of years ago.

Mark, so sorry to hear about this but glad to hear you and your family are alright. Hope you found a way to deal with your deadlines.

Don’t know if this effects you heading to PodCamp, we’ll miss you of course if you can’t come but of course totally understand.

Take care, and either way I’m sure we’ll see you soon.

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words.

The robbery is not without its sting. Having said that, I’m thankful that we didn’t arrive home during the crime, which could have happened.

I’ll share some more information about the robbery on this week’s Buffet. In the meantime, there are no plans to back out of PodCamp.

    Cheers!
    Mark

    Holy Mark!
I’m so sorry to hear. That’s so horrible. I hope they catch the bastards.
Let me know if you need anything.
I’m glad you’re family is fine.

    So sorry.
    Dave
