Hi guys:
Great show – missed the tip…but great show!
I believe Mark’s audio profile was more than 120 seconds (your rules)…tsk tsk tsk…but funny nonetheless! Especially the end, great job!
Is there any chance we can get a scanned PDF copy of the article you were in? I’d love to see the piece.
Busted! Actually, I rationalized the extra 10 or so seconds of my profile by keeping my promo to only 64 seconds.
I had hoped to post the article but The Star wanted to charge $50 for one month on the website. I can mail you a copy if you’d like. Email me your mailing address and I’d be glad to send you one.
I was at the Greater Toronto podcast meetup–my first one–and I had a great time! I thought it was a big success. There were about two dozen of us, and I got to talk with almost everyone. I have some audio in Episode 24 of Check This Out (http://cto.libsyn.com). Give it a listen for some interesting talk about dragging, dropping, and dirty nicknames.
I was planning on renting a hotel room, and I wasn’t really minding the price considering the quality of the event, but camping is so much better! There’s actually a KOA right up the road (13km). So anybody thinking the same thing feel free to get a hold of me and maybe we can plan a little podcasters campfire party or something.
